In this economy, no one wants to part with thousands of dollars. But to many, the value of the surgery is life changing and worth every cent.

Give multiple financing options.
Most patients can't afford a large lump sum payment. Be flexible. Offer payment plans like low monthly payments, no money down, no payments for six months and no interest for 18 months. Also offer credit cards. It can mean the difference between a procedure and a postponement.

Share patient testimonials.
When patients and associates are happy with your work, share the good news. Pass on their contact information so prospects can contact them directly. Real fans can help reinforce that the expense is well worth it.

Encourage shopping around.
Be confident enough to encourage prospects to check out your competition. It says you're good at what you do and have nothing to hide.

You're in business to serve your patients and see a profit. It's a win-win when you consider both in pricing.
